Design
Design is an indispensable and vital part of our creative process! We work hard to collaborate with you to help imagine and uncover your property’s potential. Utilizing the most advanced outdoor living design software we can begin to get detailed 3D images of what your project will look like when it is completed.
Design Fee Structure
Design fees are calculated at 3% of the total project value with a $750.00 minimum. We will work with you calculate your total project value. If you choose to use Dreamscapes to complete your project 1/2 of your total design fee will be credited toward your job.

Total Project Value: $50,000
Design Fee: $1,500
Potential Credit: $750
Example 2
Total Project Value: $10,000
Design Fee: $750 (minimum)
(3% – $300 does not hit minimum)
Potential Credited: $375
